Mat Pilates is classical Pilates, a calm and controlled class. This low-impact class focuses on core strength, alignment, and breath-driven movement to support a strong, balanced body from the inside out. Through slow, precise exercises, you’ll build deep stability, improve posture, and enhance mind-body awareness. Using heavier weights and progressive training, you’ll challenge your body in a way that feels both grounded and empowering. Sculpt is where strength meets intention. This low-impact class uses light weights and controlled, targeted movements to build lean muscle, improve posture, and create that sculpted, confident feel in your body. You’ll move with purpose, feel the burn, and leave stronger—in every sense.
